To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner (m/f/d) for the Ulm or Munich (hybrid) location.

Job description

As Product Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the products of our app portfolio over the entire life cycle. This includes the definition and coordination of product features, price, placement, promotion and processes with the product managers of neighbouring subject areas and other stakeholders in the company. As Product Owner, you will manage the development of our apps as part of the SCRUM process.

Work description

• Responsibility for the products in the app portfolio with regard to the 5P

• Carrying out market analyses and observations

• Customer support from product management, incl. trade fair appearances and training

• Specification of use cases, requirements and stories, incl. coordination with other areas

• Maintenance and prioritisation of the backlog as part of the SCRUM process

• Stakeholder management

  Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of engineering/computer science or comparable training

• High degree of self-motivation and goal-orientated action

• Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English

• Ability to empathise with customer situations and to identify and describe improvements

• Ability to prioritise topics in an environment with various influencing factors

• Advantageous: Experience with IT-supported fleet and transport management solutions

For the start of studies on 1st of October 2025, we offer training positions to committed and technically interested high school graduates (m/f/d).

The course will take place at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Ravensburg and/or Friedrichshafen and includes intensive practical stages in our company in Ulm. The course leads up to a Bachelor of Engineering in 3 years.

Your profile

• You have passed the general higher education entrance qualification and/or qualification for technical college with a good average grade

• Good grades in Mathematics, IT and English

• Economic relationships in connection with IT subjects are of great interest to you

• You are communicative and enjoy solution-oriented teamwork.

• You would like to learn quickly, can work independently and are able to assume responsibility
