Integration of damage during the departure check
You are probably already familiar with our maintenance calendar - it combines telematics functionalities with maintenance planning. Maintenance cycles can be adopted from the manufacturer or created individually. All cycles can be customised by the fleet manager. Information on the planned workshop visits is available to the operational scheduling department and is taken into account accordingly when planning routes.

Another function of the maintenance calendar is the integration of damage during the departure check.
If damage is noticed during the departure check (e.g. via the cargofleet SL app), this can be documented with a photo and a corresponding maintenance event can be created. The documented damage is also forwarded to the workshop.
This saves a lot of administrative work!
