The new highlight in cargofleet3 is the AI-based chatbot ‘cargofleet assistant’

The chatbot acts as a virtual dispatcher that understands natural language input and independently handles complex questions relating to the fleet: ‘Which vehicles should be in the workshop in the next 14 days?’, ‘Show me all refrigerated vehicles with temperature deviations’ - the system answers such queries and many more promptly, precisely and based on the collected vehicle data.

Just like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot based on your own fleet data. Of course, the data is only processed in cargofleet 3 and is not passed on to the public language models.


The cargofleet assistant thus perfectly complements the familiar monitoring and alerting functionalities of the cargofleet 3 portal. It learns continuously and adapts to the individual working methods of the dispatcher.
